VIDEO: RC Mowers AMR Daily Inspection & Safety Checklist
A quick daily inspection helps keep your RC Mowers AMR operating safely, reliably, and at peak performance. In this video, we walk through the recommended checks operators should complete before putting the autonomous mowing system to work.
Before the AMR gets to work, a quick daily inspection is recommended. This simple action keeps the machine performing reliably. These checks are easy to do and only take a few minutes.
Start with a simple walk‑around. Clear debris from the mower, confirm shields and guards are intact, and look for anything out of place.
If needed, do a quick check of your fluid levels next. Engine oil, hydraulic oil, and the air filtration system are critical to smooth operation. Make sure engine oil is at the proper mark before you start and add oil if needed. Check hydraulic levels in the expansion tanks. Confirm hoses and fittings are in good shape and free of leaks.
Next, inspect your blades. Make sure they’re sharp, clean, and undamaged for a consistent cut and safe operation. Check belts for cracking or wear. Worn belts can affect cut quality or fail during operation. Look over the tires. Make sure pressure is correct and there’s no visible damage.
Once everything checks out, your AMR is ready for safe, reliable operation. A quick daily inspection takes just a few minutes and keeps your machine up and running at top performance.
