Government Contracts

Who Can Use: Government entities, including cities, counties, and state agencies. Educational institutions, such as public and private K-12 schools, charter schools, and higher education institutions, also qualify. Additionally, many nonprofit organizations, especially those providing public services, can utilize Sourcewell contracts. Federally recognized tribal governments are also eligible. 

Who Can Use: Canoe Procurement contracts are available to a broad range of Canadian public-sector and non‑profit organizations. This includes municipalities, provincial and territorial government bodies, and Indigenous communities. Educational institutions are eligible. Also covered are emergency services, hospitals, airport authorities, and other public sector agencies.

Who Can Use: Local governments, states, state agencies, and certain non-profit corporations. Most states have interlocal cooperation authority or other joint power provisions that allow participation in cooperative activities. Government entities join HGACBuy by executing an Interlocal Contract to become an End User. 

Who Can Use: Membership is free to government and non-profit entities.  BuyBoard has a National Purchasing Coopeartive for members across the USA as well as a Texas Cooperative for members in Texas. 

Who Can Use: Kansas procurement contracts are available to a range of public and quasi-public entities, including state agencies, cities, counties, and other municipal or political subdivisions. School districts (K–12 and higher education) can also use these contracts, and certain private nonprofit educational institutions may qualify under specific conditions.

Who Can Use: All units of local governments/political subdivisions including but not limited to county sheriffs, county government, local county board of public instruction, municipalities and/or police agencies, other local public or public safety agencies or authorities within the State of Florida and the state universities and colleges.

Who Can Use: State of Minnesota agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members. Local government and non-profit agencies may become a CPV member to purchase goods and services under contracts established by the State of Minnesota.

Who Can Use: Iowa’s Cooperative Purchasing Program allows a broad set of public entities to use state‑awarded contracts. Eligible users include state agencies, cities, counties, and other political subdivisions. Also included are school districts, community colleges, and state colleges, under Iowa Code § 8A.101. Certain nonprofit organizations also qualify under some procurements.

Who Can Use: Mississippi Government Agencies (& Non-Profit).

Who Can Use: North Carolina state procurement contracts are available to state agencies, universities, community colleges, local governments, and local education agencies.

Who Can Use: Ohio DOT and any Political Subdivision, State university or college, Ohio Turnpike & Infrastructure Commission, or State Agency by the ODOT Cooperative Purchasing Program. 

Who Can Use: Indiana Department of Transportation. 

Who Can Use: City of Oklahoma City & Public Trust Departments.

Who Can Use: Pennsylvania State Agencies.

Who Can Use: Political subdivisions, public authorities, tax-exempt non-profit educational institutions, tax-exempt non-profit public health institutions, nonprofit fire/rescue/ambulance, any other entity that spends public funds for procurement of goods (entities must be registered with PA DGS).
