A hands-on problem-solver and inspirational leader, Michael is spearheading RC Mowers’ charge to revolutionize the commercial mowing industry. Having engineered groundbreaking technologies at companies including Raytheon, LifePort, and Lockheed Martin, Mike is equally experienced with and passionate about developing outstanding product solutions that drive new efficiencies, and more importantly, save lives.

From public and private technology to manufacturing companies, to startups turned into global enterprises exceeding $1 billion in annual revenue, Dave Kempski knows business inside out. His  accomplishments include M&A and divestiture transactions, FP&A, SEC and SOX compliance, equity and debt offerings, and system implementations. He has held executive posts at Kterio, Tectura Corporation, Borland Software Corporation, Mercury Interactive Corporation, and Hitachi Vantara. Dave’s accounting and reporting credibility is further bolstered by his work with PwC Silicon Valley as a member of one of the Big Four Accounting Firms. Our CFO also contributed to the IPO of 3PAR, Inc., and the restructuring of Virtana. 

Jordan’s route to RC Mowers leadership includes both calculated and fortuitous turns and transformations. All of which have made him an incredibly well-rounded, adept, and thoughtful leader. From health and wellness operations, to a business consulting firm, to founding a landscaping company, Jordan has spent considerable time becoming an expert in all customer-facing and internal aspects of business. In 2018, Jordan co-founded RC Mowers with the invention of the Remote-Operated Robotic Mower. He manages all national accounts at the company today, including a focus on our Autonomous Mowing Robots customer accounts.
